spacious room comfortable bed hot food
The room was spacious and clean. i loved the comfortable firm bed. It helped me sleep well. the breakfast was amazing. There was plenty of choice and the food was piping hot.
the room, though nice, was slightly different than what i expected from the photos.

lovely visit!
clean room friendly staff great breakfast
the rooms were beautiful and clean! i especially enjoyed the premium queen room high floor. the front desk staff were professional and friendly. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the selection of food was great!!!
The walls felt a little thin. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room.

the hotel's location is near the main high street, very handy! i could easily walk to the station. the short trip to epsom for the theatre was such a treat, really convenient.

A charming stay
nice welcome breakfast option swimming pool
I received a lovely welcome upon arrival. The breakfast options included fresh cooking and a variety of choices, a good start to the day. The swimming pool access added to the experience. My room was a good size. It included a workspace for my laptop and papers.
My room smelled like someone had been smoking, so i opened the window to eliminate the stuffiness. (Not ideal, but quickly resolved itself).

The hotel featured a swimming pool. Guests have access to a gym. The gym offered treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts, i saw the guests using these, so there should be enough space for everyone.

Breakfast included a good variety of freshly cooked options. The bar provided excellent service (i liked it a lot). The breakfast was good value for its price, considering the variety of food.

The room featured a bath and an over-the-bath shower. The room provided workspace for using a laptop and laying out papers. The room had lamps rather than overhead lightswith a relaxed ambiance.

The hotel has an excellent location with access to the train station. It's an easy walk to Sutton station. Several restaurants are in the area. Plenty of buses take you to the metro.
